Typically Imperative is an invitation-only affair. Your organization would get in contact with the Imperative team to arrange things, and you would be extended an invitation from the system to complete a Purpose Profile assessment. That assessment is the first step on your Imperative journey and helps you come to some conclusions about what most fulfills you and the ways in which you work best. If your organization isn’t already participating, you might want to get in touch with your head of HR and have them reach out to us!
In the short term, you can use the following link to signal your interest in participating: https://join.imperative.com. Add in your information there, and if your organization is participating, we’ll get to work pairing you with a match for a set of conversations. If your organization is not participating, it will be a good reason for us to reach out to your leadership team and let them know there’s interest in their population for our services.
